Irpinia terroir is particularly suited to viticulture because of its unique pedoclimatic characteristics, influenced by the close presence of Vesuvius, suitable for the training of native vines, among which Aglianico stands out for its diffusion and quality. It is considered the monarch of viticulture in the region, able to generate wines of great personality and extraordinary aptitude for aging. Yet its versatility allows to experiment with more agile vinification techniques, with shorter macerations and less aging, which give life to elegant and refined wines, as evidenced by this Irpinia Aglianico DOC.
