After searching countless wineries, the owner of this important restaurant finally came across Bodegas Ontañón, who offered them this spectacular wine full of aromas and complexity. It won the exquisite palate of the owner of the Michelin Star and today we offer it to you in Jamonarium.
From this incredible union Ontañón Kaori was finally born. Kaori is a beautiful Japanese word for aroma, fragrance or perfume. Without the presence of aromas it is impossible to conceive a wine and the complexity of its fragrance define it as a fingerprint.
