Released as part of the Iberian Series, inspired by Redbreast’s connection to some of the top cooperages and winemakers from the Iberian Peninsula. The whiskey is initially aged in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, before being moved over to Pedro Ximénez casks to finish for at least 12 months – plenty of time to impart a wealth of terrific sherried elements.
