Made in a vintage style — an expression of Vouvray found in every Paris bistro. “Sec Tendre” literally – “Tender Vine” – communicating a gentle style with a touch of residual sugar to offset the intense wave of acidity for which Chenin is known.
From a western-facing slope that never struggles to ripen, capturing the sensual side of Chenin Blanc with quintessential cidery apple flavors.
To accentuate this decadence, it is made with 20% press juice — providing additional solids — and aged on lees for six months — giving silky depth.
