A clear and clear representation of the main characteristics of the Nebbiolo variety. This is what this wine has to offer. A product conceived in the vineyard and in the cellar to obtain an expression of freshness, youth, immediate pleasantness, complexity but at the same time ease of consumption throughout the meal, from meat to fish, from delicate appetizers to the tastiest one. It is produced from the Nebbiolo vineyards in Alba, Cherasco and from the harvesting of the grapes of all the plants aged less than 7-8 years within our Barolo vineyards, harvested separately reclassified for the production of Langhe Nebbiolo. A soft cellar approach, with lower temperatures, less maceration and a greater contribution of whole grapes in fermentation promise a more delicate and fragrant approach to this brilliant example of varietal expression.
