Crafter through a meticulous, handcrafted process, only the most mature organic agaves are chosen and cooked in traditional stone ovens, followed by a lengthy fermentation process. Distilled in small-capacity copper pot stills using Cuervo Family processes dating back to 1795, this organic spirit ages in New American Oak Barrels before a finishing touch in Pedro Ximenez Sherry Casks. The result is a crystal-clear tequila, charcoal-filtered for smoothness, retaining rich flavors of cooked agave, dried fruits, oak, and a refreshing finish.
