Its high alcohol by volume is inviting. Its taste profile undertakes depths of flavor only found in the rarest spirits. Its created with Mash Bill#2, a sour mash of corn, malted barley, and extra rye, before maturing in American White Oak casks. The nose on this one is bold and savory, with dominant hints of smoke mingled with earthy undertones of walnuts, and hazelnut with a warm buttery mouthfeel. On the palate, you’ll find subtle hints of honey, rye, and spices. The finish is strong and bold with a delicate nuisance of chocolatey espresso, honey, and spice.
