That’s why we’re fortunate to be able to make everything from aromatic Sauvignon Blanc to powerful Syrah. Estate Red is one of the greatest beneficiaries of this ideal situation. This is the best blend of red wines made in our own vineyards. The characteristics of each variety and carefully selected vineyard are a perfect match. In addition, the content of the blend differs from year to year, as the yield and quality of the fruit in the field are greatly affected by the spring flowering and fruiting time, as well as the weather at the time of harvest. 2021 is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Petit Verdot, and Syrah.
