This special rum has been aged in barrels that started as bourbon barrels that were then used to age maple syrup. After that these maple soaked barrels made their way to our distillery where we filled them with our spiced rum. This batch is a blend of barrels that have aged up to 7 years! The flavor is a perfect balance of our incredible, sip-able aged spiced rum with maple flavor and sweetness.
